It's Friday, and you know what that means... Air Fryer recipe. Silver lining to this whole situation of not having what you are accustomed to, is that you try new things. This recipe is a new one and we are so glad we found it. It happens to be a vegan recipe that can be switched up to also be gluten free.
We highly recommend serving over rice with sautéed broccoli and baby bok choy, but honestly, it's tasty all by itself. A sweet and spicy flavor glazing the crispy exterior of a nice textured tofu, it can hardly be beat.
